Challenge
A slitter line with complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems had to move across a border within a compressed shutdown and start-up window.
What we did
Turnkey relocation: full mechanical and electrical dismantling, marking and packing, international road transport, reinstallation, levelling, anchoring, alignment and start-up support.
Result
Line reassembled and aligned in Denmark and supported through start-up on schedule.

Challenge
Components weighing up to 38 tonnes had to be unloaded, moved and installed inside a live production plant, on schedule for commissioning.
What we did
Unloading, internal transport, precision positioning and mechanical installation of a shell press with uncoiler, 6 liners and 3 conversion presses with uncoilers, supervised on site by EURELO specialists.
Result
Equipment installed, aligned and ready for commissioning and production expansion.

Challenge
Deliveries from several OEMs (Gambini, B&B, Infinity, Koerber, Valmet) had to be unloaded and installed in a newly built plant to support a fast production ramp-up.
What we did
Two phases: unloading and mechanical and electrical installation of the Gambini line, then mechanical and electrical installation of the Valmet and Infinity lines, coordinated with Velvet CARE and the OEMs.
Result
Lines installed and prepared for commissioning and start-up on the plant schedule.
