Challenge
New battery production equipment shipped from Korea to the USA in 350 × 40 ft containers had to be offloaded, unpacked, positioned and assembled to OEM standards.
What we did
Container offloading, crate removal, internal moves and positioning, then mechanical assembly of the anode and cathode lines under OEM supervision, with support through commissioning.
Result
A high-volume installation handled seamlessly from container to commissioning, in close cooperation with the OEM team.

Fitting lines, induction brazing and automated assembly stations had to be transferred across an ocean and restarted in Poland.
What we did
Mechanical and electrical dismantling, marking and documentation, export packing, container loading, customs and sea freight, then unloading, positioning and reinstallation in Toruń, with full project management in Mexico and Poland.
Result
The Mexico phase was completed with all assets safely dismantled, packed and shipped, ready for reinstallation and restart in Poland.

Five major machines and their supporting structures, over 40 tonnes in total, had to travel door to door from a US plant to India.

Disassembly with full assembly and disassembly documentation, repairs to structures staying at the US plant, custom export crates, sea-freight packing and multimodal road–sea–road transport, then unloading in India.
