The project
- Challenge
- Five major machines and their supporting structures, over 40 tonnes in total, had to travel door to door from a US plant to India.
- What we did
- Disassembly with full assembly and disassembly documentation, repairs to structures staying at the US plant, custom export crates, sea-freight packing and multimodal road–sea–road transport, then unloading in India.
- Result
- Turnkey transfer with one EURELO team responsible for both continents.
