The project
- Challenge
- New battery production equipment shipped from Korea to the USA in 350 × 40 ft containers had to be offloaded, unpacked, positioned and assembled to OEM standards.
- What we did
- Container offloading, crate removal, internal moves and positioning, then mechanical assembly of the anode and cathode lines under OEM supervision, with support through commissioning.
- Result
- A high-volume installation handled seamlessly from container to commissioning, in close cooperation with the OEM team.
