What you can expect from us
Who is my contact during the project?
One EURELO project manager from your local team, from first survey to handover. Escalation goes to the regional manager of your hub, not to a call centre.
Who will actually be on my site?
A EURELO site manager and a EURELO key foreman leading every team. Crews are our own fitters, riggers, millwrights and electricians, reinforced when needed by vetted local tradespeople working inside our teams.
Do you subcontract the work?
We never hand a job, or part of one, to a subcontractor to run on their own. Extra manpower always works under EURELO management, site management, engineering and a EURELO foreman, to our procedures.
Who is responsible and liable for the job?
EURELO. You sign one contract with the EURELO entity in your region, and we are responsible for the whole scope, including every person we bring to site.
How do you make sure the standard is the same everywhere?
One group method, one HSE system and one quality system, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The same inductions, method statements and quality checks for everyone on site, applied to local rules such as OSHA in the USA.
Can you handle a project across several countries?
Yes. Each site is run by the local team, and our group PMO coordinates the programme so you get one plan, one reporting format and one point of contact.
How fast can you mobilise?
Your local team responds first. When a project needs more capacity or specialist skills, travel-ready crews and engineers from the regional hub or the group join the same team. We confirm the mobilisation plan in the quote.
