The project
- Challenge
- Deliveries from several OEMs (Gambini, B&B, Infinity, Koerber, Valmet) had to be unloaded and installed in a newly built plant to support a fast production ramp-up.
- What we did
- Two phases: unloading and mechanical and electrical installation of the Gambini line, then mechanical and electrical installation of the Valmet and Infinity lines, coordinated with Velvet CARE and the OEMs.
- Result
- Lines installed and prepared for commissioning and start-up on the plant schedule.
