The project
- Challenge
- Eight complete anode and cathode lines for automotive batteries, each arriving in around 300 × 40 ft containers, had to be installed over several years of plant expansion.
- What we did
- Offloading, unpacking and handling, internal transport and positioning, crane and forklift coordination and mechanical assembly under OEM supervision, with 20 operatives and 2 project managers.
- Result
- Eight full production lines delivered, proving large-scale installation, logistics and OEM coordination.
