The project
- Challenge
- An existing snacks packing line had to be dismantled and rebuilt with new and modified machinery in a short window.
- What we did
- Dismantling and removal of Gasser, Seamer and Disc Feeder machines and conveyors, electrical cabinet replacement, then assembly, positioning and anchoring of the new machinery.
- Result
- One integrated mechanical and electrical team took the line from dismantling to final installation smoothly.

- Removal of secondary packing conveyors and safety barriers
- Electrical cabinet disconnection and replacement on the mezzanine
- Assembly and positioning of new machinery

- Final anchoring of machines and conveyors
