The project
- Challenge
- Production-critical machinery had to be collected from two Belgian plants, moved across the border and reconnected exactly.
- What we did
- Relocation of an extruder line with feeder, Fuchs Mixomat mixer, Donaldson Torit filtration cabin and FD Waagenbau packing machine: dismantling, labelling, packing, transport, positioning, reconnection and start-up support.
- Result
- Equipment reinstalled at Avient Colorants Germany and supported through start-up.

- Mechanical dismantling and reassembly

- Minor piping reconnections
- Packing, loading, transport, positioning and start-up support
